Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 September 2026

1. Who we are

TableSupport LTD (“TableSupport”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered telephone answering service for business clients, operated from Glasgow, United Kingdom.

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and our service. By using either, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

TableSupport answers telephone calls on behalf of your business, takes bookings and appointments, responds to common enquiries such as opening hours and service questions, and sends text messages to callers, including confirmations and missed-call follow-ups.

We will use reasonable skill and care in providing the service. However, the service relies on artificial intelligence and telephone networks, and we cannot guarantee that every call will be answered, every booking, appointment or enquiry recorded accurately, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You remain responsible for reviewing bookings, appointments and enquiries passed to you and for the operation of your business.

3. Free trial

Where offered, the free trial gives you full access to the service for fourteen days at no charge. No payment details are required to start a trial.

At the end of the trial, the service will not continue unless you agree a paid plan with us. If you choose not to continue, you owe us nothing.

4. Pricing and payment

Pricing is agreed individually with each business client and confirmed in writing before any charges apply.

Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable monthly in advance. We may change our pricing by giving you at least thirty days' written notice.

5. Cancellation

There is no fixed-term contract. You may cancel at any time by contacting us, and the service will end at the close of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

We may suspend or end the service if you break these terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay fees when due, after giving you reasonable notice where practicable.

6. Your obligations

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information about your business, including opening hours, services and booking or appointment arrangements, and let us know promptly when anything changes.

You must hold any consents required to route your telephone calls to our service, and you must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Calls, messages and data protection

Calls handled by the service may be recorded and transcribed so that bookings, appointments and enquiries can be processed and so we can improve the quality of the service.

We process personal data — such as caller names and telephone numbers — in accordance with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We act as a processor of your callers' personal data on your behalf, and you remain the controller.

We will not sell personal data. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet our legal obligations.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of bookings, appointments or enquiries, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid to us in that period.

The website and its content are provided for general information only and do not constitute advice.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, branding and imagery, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page, and material changes affecting an active service will be notified to you in advance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere in the UK.

12. Contact

For any questions about these terms or the service, contact us on 07475 779266 or via WhatsApp on the same number.
