TableSupport LTD (“TableSupport”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI phone-answering service for businesses. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect:
- Website analytics: we use PostHog to understand how visitors use tablesupport.com (pages viewed, clicks, approximate location, device/browser). This may involve cookies.
- Error monitoring: we use Sentry to capture technical error reports so we can fix problems. This may include limited technical data about your device and the error.
- Enquiries: if you contact us (WhatsApp, our enquiry form, phone or email) we collect the details you provide (such as name, business, phone number and email) to respond and provide our service.
- Call handling (customers of our business clients): when our AI answers calls on behalf of a business, call details and booking, appointment or enquiry information are processed to deliver the service.
- Call recording and transcription: calls handled by the service may be recorded and transcribed by TableSupport and voice AI providers acting on our behalf, so that bookings, appointments and enquiries can be processed and so we can improve the quality of the service.
How we use it: to operate and improve the website and service, respond to enquiries, and provide booking, appointment and enquiry notifications to business clients. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties we use: PostHog (analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), Vapi (voice AI call handling), Twilio (SMS), and Replit / Google Cloud Platform (website hosting and infrastructure). These process data on our behalf.
International data transfers: PostHog, Sentry, Vapi and Twilio are US-based processors, and personal data they process may be transferred to or stored in the United States.
Cookies: we use essential cookies to run the site, and analytics cookies (PostHog) only where you have consented via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Your rights (UK GDPR): you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email hello@tablesupport.com to make a request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Data retention: we keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Changes: we may update this policy; the “last updated” date shows the latest version.
